Warlock Rift
In PvP the Warlock rift has been having an issue with deciding whether to spawn in or not.
With the vesper of radius armor, the radius of electricity is visible and still works, however the rift will sometimes not spawn and not heal or empower me.
I don’t know if anyone else is having my same issue.
PS, this issue is not happening to me in PvE.
