Defensive form didn’t show after praxic path

I completed the Praxic path but the defensive form never showed up. I don’t understand what’s wrong. Please help!

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand you haven't yet unlocked defensive form for your Praxic Blade. Please note that you must purchase defensive form via a specific vendor after completing Praxic's Path. Defensive form isn't unlocked automatically. You should be able to locate the vendor in the Tharsis Bazaar.
