Constantly Centipede and Weasel

Just as the title said. It has always been bad in South East Asia, but lately the issues seems worse after the major update. Can't log into Character select without getting Centipede Even after selecting characters, constantly "Contacting Destiny 2 Servers" and Weaseled out of the game I've played over 2K hours on Steam PC and this is the worst these network issues have ever arised. Following Bungie's troubleshooting guide did not fix this issue. Could anyone help me please..
