Hello Support,
I am posting here because my previous support ticket was automatically closed as "Solved," but the issue is completely unresolved and I am locked out of Marathon on my PS5.
I purchased the Marathon Deluxe Edition during the Open Play window before the June 4th store disclaimer was added. Per the Marathon Dev Team's official June 5th announcement, I am fully eligible for the base game license.
My console still has a lock icon and says ownership is required. Restoring licenses on my PS5 did not fix it.
Could an official Community Mentor or Support Rep please review my linked account and escalate this to the billing team for a manual override? I have my official PSN transaction ID and receipt ready to provide. Thank you.
