Vesper's Host Armor with Young Ahamkara's Spine
While using the Vesper's Host armor set with the Hunter exotic, Young Ahamkara's Spine equipped; the disorienting blast from the 4-piece set bonus does not trigger.
I have tried the set bonus with the exotic [b][u]not[/u][/b] equipped, and the disorienting blast triggers as normal. However once I equip the exotic, the disorienting blast no longer procs.
