The pantheon arms do not drop from morgeth
For what ever reason the arms do not drop from morgeth. I did roughly 50 runs of and had no drops on both warlock and hunter (I didn't test titan.) It does however drop from insurrection prime. I have done roughly 8 runs of insurrection and have gotten the arms drop for both warlock and hunter fairly often.
