All other platform accounts, including Steam and PlayStation, become permanently linked once connected. Because of this, we're unable to unlink or swap platform accounts on a player's behalf. This means the steam account currently linked to your bungie profile will remain linked. We realize this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, especially with the the Cross Save account linking situation.
