From the people who introduced the Portal into the game? From the people who initially tried to soft reset our characters every new Season after Edge of Faith? From the developers that has every ex-employee talking about how toxic the work environment is? From the people who's leadership is probably embezzling funds as we speak? From the people who killed this game to attempt to revive a franchise barely anyone remembers with a play style barely anyone vibes with? Yeah you let me know how that works out.

D3 or make D2 more like Destiny infinity like it kinda now is, but just release new updates once in awhile. Did you see that new Rick Kackis video about the rumors that Microsoft might be on to something Destiny like Halo MMO type game? What is that????

As much as i love Destiny 2 i don't think that will ever happen. Half of Bungie studio is about to be dismantled, that's one of the reasons we are getting one last update. Been playing since 2017, we had a good run :)

1 ReplyBungie said 6 years ago they weren't going to do a Destiny 3 when they announced the DCV https://www.youtube.com/shorts/SoV8AnjNqiU D1 was way more fun than D2....in D1 is you wanted higher gear you did harder activities,in D2 it was the complete opposite (grinding bounties just to get to the level cap and the constant power level reset every time a new season comes out then repeat the same bounty grind as last time). i would be playing D1 a lot if it still was on Steam. i wish they would bring back the old strikes (nightfalls),WOTM and the old D2 raids

2 RepliesI dislike bungie as much as anyone, but even I can't completely blame them. It's crazy people don't understand that Sony almost certainly made that decision. If they hadn't been bought out multiple times this game would have been gone years ago.

D3 is the only way to save Bungie. The ball is your court. Live or die that is the choice between Marathon or Destiny...

It’ll take them reforming the studio entirely for me to get interested in a D3 myself. Maybe that’s Sonys plans long term but we’ll see I didn’t like the transition from D1 to D2 but I was there for it, I was around until Bungie thought it would be cool to delete paid for expansions and now the game isn’t even a complete collection anymore. There’s stuff missing and it’s noticeable. And people want these guys making a new Destiny :P they don’t even respect our time or money we’ve given them. Like I said, the studio would need gutted entirely and rebuilt for me to even have an interest in a hypothetical D3

If we never see more Destiny its just studio mismanagement that they spent goodness knows how much on marathon and those other cancelled projects. They should have been preparing for destiny’s future. They had a very bad plan after the final shape

i can't speak for other guardians but i personally do not want a destiny 3 especially if its made by bungle they couldn't get d2 right what makes you think d3 is going to be any different now if another game studio made d3 then maybe
