Ballidorse Wrathweavers causes Winter's Wrath to deal less damage than without it.
REPRO STEPS:
1. Equip Exotic Gloves 'Ballidorse Wrathweavers' with Winter's Wrath
2. Freeze and shatter a target with the aforementioned super.
ACTUAL RESULT: With Ballidorse Wrathweavers equipped, Winter's Wrath deals significantly less shatter damage. Testing in the shooting range with a near identical Super stat of 160-170 (margin of error of about <10) caused it to deal ~1200 shatter damage with the exotic, and ~1900 without it equipped.
EXPECTED RESULT: Ballidorse Wrathweavers are supposed to increase Shatter damage on targets frozen by Winter's Wrath by ~150%, meaning the shatters should be dealing over double the damage of the base instead of less.
NOTES: Winter's Wrath is already a weak super in terms of damage output, and the exotic that's supposed to buff it instead making it significantly weaker than it already is massively harms it even more.

I'm having trouble replicating this. I've got 145 Super both with and without the exotic. Against C.A.R.L., with a single projectile + shatter combo, I am doing more total damage with the exotic than without: 2365 damage with Ballidorse and 2032 damage without. When I shattered the boss, I got two yellow numbers 1710 + 556 with Ballidorse. Without Ballidorse, the second number is white and only 223. 556 is slightly less than 150% larger than 223, so that's probably the shatter damage bonus we expected to see.
