cross-save sending me in loops
as title says, every time i link my steam account (which shows no characters because i just got a pc, and am scared to -blam!- this up) it says authorized but the continue button to select characters is grayed out, moving from ps5

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. If the Steam account shows no characters, that is expected for a newly linked platform and should not, by itself, delete or replace your PlayStation characters. Adding a new Steam identity to an existing Destiny 2 Cross Save setup is intended to let you use those same characters on PC. If the Continue button is grayed out after Steam authentication, please double-check whether there are any other linked platform accounts on the Bungie.net profile that still need to be authenticated as part of the Cross Save flow. We have seen cases where an additional linked account can block activation until it is also authenticated. If everything appears authenticated and the button is still grayed out, please share screenshots of the full Cross Save setup page showing all linked accounts and which character set you are selecting, and we can take a closer look.

1 ReplyDo you have any other accounts besides PSN and Steam linked? if you do, they also need to be authenticated. If not, can you grab a screenshot showing the accounts are authenticated and the button still greyed out then link to it here? BNGHelp can then pass that on if necessary.

Hey there, so on the cross-save screen you've got both Steam and PSN authenticated? Are there any other accounts linked too?
