Problems with rewards pass and dungeon key ownership.

In steam it shows I own rewards pass and the dungeon key pack bundle whatever it's called. However in game it shows I do not own either of these things. I don't know how to resolve this and I don't want to buy both items again.

  • That happens when you activate cross-save and set something other than Steam as the active profile after purchasing The Collection and launching the game on Steam. You can see your passes are active on your dormant Steam account here: https://crimson.report/4611686018557294902/4611686018518075314 Fill in the form linked at the bottom of the following page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items and mention that the passes are on the dormant account rather than the active and you would like them to be moved. Bungie will then review the ticket Monday - Friday during business hours, in most cases they will simply just apply the passes/dungeon keys to the Xbox account.
