[BUG] Sturm catalyst is not progressing on Sturm kills
Exactly as title states. The Drang kills seem to work fine but kills with Sturm do not progress its own catalyst.

My god, there are so many catalyst bugs. I'm really scared they won't be able to fix them all in time :(
