Hello there, Thanks for the report. We have seen other recent reports of players losing the ability to deposit Dark Matter Ingots, including cases where it affected multiple characters. Depositing Ingots at the Syndicate War Chests is intended to still be a valid way to earn Syndicate reputation and gear after completing the campaign and unlocking the syndicates. So if you have deposited before, still have Ingots in your wallet, and now cannot deposit at all, that does sound worth a closer look. If possible, please include: whether this is happening on all characters or only one whether it affects all three Syndicate chests or only one specific Syndicate whether you are still currently pledged to a Syndicate whether the chest gives any message when you try to interact your platform Those details would help narrow down whether this is the same deposit issue others have been reporting or something more specific to one character or Syndicate.
