Unsure if this is a bug or intended, but it appears that the Heavy Handed mod does not proc when getting kills with melee ignitions, only if the melee gets the final blow. This makes melees like incinerator snap impossible to create orbs in higher end content as the ignition is what gets the kill, not the melee itself.
This also makes Sunbracers impossible to use because again, the melee based ignitions don't count as melee kills. I know it's a stretch, but if this is a bug, can this be fixed in time for the final patch?

It's not a bug. Ignitions are a separate damage instance, but you can use ember of wonder to let ignition kills create orbs.
