Duality, Equilibrium Dungeon issues
I have tried to do a multiple solo flawless dungeon runs and each one has been bugged to where I can't progress. The mechanics to do so won't work.
In Duality, I can get to the second encounter but am unable to pick up the Banners to bank to be able to damage the bosses. I can ring the bell and everything else works. I'm able to summon the Banner but am not able to pick up. I see the option to do so, however when I do pick up it disappears and i don't get credit.
In Equilibrium, I am unable to pick up the buff while riding the speeder to become an apprentice. This is their buff you need in the first encounter to be able to damage the Cabal with the Immune shield. Due to this I am unable to progress.
I have tried to reset the game, my PC as well as checking for updates for both the game and PC. Still doesn't work.

Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. As a first step, please temporarily stop availing yourself of the artifact bug, if you're using it, to rule that out as a potential cause of this issue. Following that, if the issues you're experiencing still persist, please capture some footage demonstrating the issues at hand and that you're not using the artifact bug. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link(s) here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
