Old Lights Emblem
Greetings Bungie Support,
I seem to miss the Old Lights emblem as some others do as well. I am curious because the online tool that I‘ve used to check my eligibility states that I have no play time during Forsaken but I am 100% certain that I did play back in the days even if it‘s for a little while during the transition over from Battle net to Steam and on the day it released on Steam to check if everything works as well (which should’ve been the last day of Forsaken if I am not mistaken). It would be amazing if somebody could assist me looking into this issue.

2 RepliesIf you played during the “forsaken” dates for the old light emblem, then it was on a different account that you either didn’t migrate or didn’t link to this profile. That’s why this profile doesn’t qualify for the emblem.

Hey there, looking at your characters, you've got a hiatus that started in November 2017 and you didn't get back into the game until Shadowkeep launched. Namely your Hunter played The Pyramidion on the 26th of November 2017 and their next activity was the evening of the 1st of October - which is the first day it was available on Steam, and day 1 of Shadowkeep.
