New catalyst drop rates???
I've been playing a variety of different ops from fireteam, arena, grandmaster alert, a dozen sparrow races, etc, and not a single catalyst has dropped for me yet. For how many were added you'd think they'd be dropping pretty frequently.
I'm genuinely asking if anyone has gotten a new one to drop and from what activity because I'm losing my mind here trying to get any of them.

Got Khvostov from an exotic order. Haven’t got any from playing anything.

The Chaperone catalyst dropped from some activity I was doing earlier…it could have been from a lost sector rift triumph or a Trials match….probably the former, I think?! Definitely not from an engram, though. That is all. Carry On 🖖👻 MTFBWY

As far as I know, they guarantee a carouse you don’t have.

Yep, Ican add that a friend and I both had one catalyst drop from Exotic Orders, neither have seen one drop from ritual activities. Bungie did note in the TWID that the dungeon catalysts aren't dropping either, so I do wonder if they're all a touch buggy.

Dozens of activities, only catalyst is from an exotic order. Not a single one from activity completion.

Got them from pantheon, equilibrium and GM. Today the Divinity cat dropped. There is only 1 thing, they dont show up in collections or the catalyst section. Hard to track what you got.

I’ve gotten more from exotic orders than I have from end of mission rewards.
