I'm getting a weird Cross Save issue.
I just connected my Epic Games to Bungie, Steam and Playstation had been connected for years, Steam being Primary. And whenever I launch through Epic, I get the characters from my Epic account, yet Steam is working normally. Bungie registers Epic as connected, and doesn't seem to register the other characters on the site, but i can't use my main characters on Epic. Which really sucks because I purchased the expansions through Epic, and not Steam.
The blue Exo is my steam account, aka my primary.

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out. Based on what you described, it sounds like your Epic account may be linked to your Bungie.net profile, but not correctly using your active Cross Save setup. If Steam is your primary Cross Save account, then your Steam characters should be the characters that appear on your other linked platforms as well. Since Epic is showing different characters, it may be loading the Epic platform's native Destiny account instead of your Steam-primary Cross Save characters. Please double check the following on Bungie.net:
Cross Save is still active Steam is selected as your primary account Your Epic account is connected to that same Cross Save setup
If everything is connected correctly and Epic is still not showing your main characters, please avoid deactivating Cross Save unless you are absolutely sure, as turning it off will trigger a 90-day cooldown before it can be re-enabled.
