TAOX!!!!
Do you know how many years I have been posting and obsessed about Taox? Outside of Destiny???? This is such a heartbreaking moment for me. There is so much I can say. How “Taox” IRL is a silver oxide….how the Traveler is fed silver by Fenchurch in game. How Taox in Destiny Lore is the Proto Mother of The Hive: How Oryx searched for her for billions of years…. How Savathûn sees her as her Mother that was betrayed by The Witness. Theres just so much junk in my head right now. Don’t even get me started on how the system Lupi has a binary star set that sends out a blue pulse every 7 minutes. 😭
This will stay in my head for the rest of my life. Why? WHY SONY????
I’m grateful the lore I theorized turned out to be correct but dang does it feel bittersweet to come as a final step in Destiny’s history. Please please please gave us Destiny 3 Sony. I need a resolution between The Hive, The Traveler, The Vex and Taox. Please!

5 RepliesI’m just gonna post it. BLAM it! Can’t be a spoiler if Destiny is over and done. Taox is The Gardener. She is inside The Traveler, she is not the Traveler itself that machine is just her Vessel. The Light comes from her. We are her instruments. Every other being chosen before us was corrupted. Only The Hive have been given a “Second Chance.”
