Hello Bungie Help, I am requesting a manual review of my eligibility for the Old Lights emblem. The Old Lights eligibility checker currently shows my account as ineligible due to recording 0 minutes of playtime during the Forsaken expansion year. However, I believe this may be incorrect. I originally played Destiny 2 on Xbox One from launch through 2021 before later moving to PC and enabling Cross Save. The eligibility checker successfully detects activity on my account during every other Destiny 2 expansion year: Destiny 2 (Red War) – Eligible Shadowkeep – Eligible Beyond Light – Eligible The Witch Queen – Eligible Lightfall – Eligible The Final Shape – Eligible Year of Prophecy – Eligible Forsaken is the only expansion year shown as having no activity. The reason I believe this result may be incorrect is that I purchased and played Forsaken on Xbox One during that period, and my account contains a completed triumph within the legacy Moments of Triumph: MMXIX seal: Mission: Nothing Left to Say. The MMXIX seal itself states: "Complete these feats of strength before 9/17/2019 to claim your unique rewards." I also reviewed my available Bungie.net game history. My account shows Xbox activity immediately before Forsaken's launch, and I continued playing Destiny 2 through later expansions. Unfortunately, I cannot fully review my Forsaken-era activity history because the characters I used during that period were later deleted. However, the MMXIX triumph progress remains on my account. I have attached screenshots showing both: The Old Lights eligibility checker reporting 0 minutes during Forsaken. My completed "Mission: Nothing Left to Say" triumph within the MMXIX seal. Because this triumph exists within the MMXIX Moments of Triumph seal and my account shows activity in every other expansion year, I am concerned that my Forsaken-era activity may not have been evaluated correctly. Would it be possible for someone to review my account history and confirm whether my eligibility for the Old Lights emblem was determined correctly? My account contains recorded progress in the legacy Reckoner and Shadow titles, both of which were associated with Year 2 seasonal content during the Forsaken expansion year. I also found preserved progress in vaulted legacy content, including the Leviathan triumph category, demonstrating that my account's older triumph data still exists despite the original characters from that period having been deleted. While I understand this may not independently confirm eligibility, it further suggests that my account contains substantial historical activity records from the Forsaken era and surrounding years. I wanted to provide this additional information in case it assists with reviewing my Old Lights emblem eligibility.
