People complaining about update
Complaining about what is/or is not in the update, is a waste of your time and energy.
Enjoy the last update of the game for what it is. Because whether you like it or not, no one is getting anything more for D2.
D3 being a remote possibility will likely not even launch for years if by some miracle they even green light it.
Enjoy it while it lasts. I know I am.

23 RepliesI was grateful, until I realized it was just more recycled content... again. A hole in the sky with adjusted spawn rates, an exotic mission (decent), the QoL changes that should have been made years ago, a bunch of old weapons with new perks, a few exotic weapons, a few new aspects from cancelled content. It's over... there is no reason to grind any of this... if there was at least a dungeon or something, I could see an argument. This is what years of loyalty gets you with Bungie... don't forget that. This update was months and months late too... I thank the few devs that weren't siphoned off to Mara-yawn for their efforts, but it was a waste of time. I'm glad Sony overpaid for this disaster now lol. Good luck selling your future games.

They scrap Shadow and order for an update where it's forced me to play old content to earn legendary marks to earn a title, same bs that made players leave bungie never learns. You would think an update that's supposed to be the final update for the live service portion of Destiny 2; you would think they would offer a new story or a new raid or a new dungeon something that can conclude your journey as a Destiny 2 player not something to continue your journey as a f****** hamester, same portal non sense.

Whats with the artifact no of em seems to work properly. There is nothing left for specific class or specific super. I got the emblem for playing everything but Why do i need to play everything back?

Not to mention they lost half the ppl who logged on for it...been playing this game since D1 beta played every expansion every season religiously...sad its over of course but let's face it DESTINY IS BORING NOW and has been for quite some time...just glad I was a part of it...glad to move on

7 Repliessound advice and yet.... Can't seem to earn a distortion chest. Got not clue why, maybe not doing enough in a row, maybe not enough in a row heroic, who knows. Oh, Bungie does, but like usual they leave it up to the players to figure out what the requirement are. I do not know and no longer care. The devs can all take a long walk off a short pier for all I care.

Bungie could have sent out entirely free expansions for the next 20 years, all AAA top tier content, unvaulted all content entirely updated into the new system and engine, while also delivering a bar of solid gold directly to our houses via a Mara Sov look alike who rubs our feet while we play the game... and these children would STILL complain about it. I realized long ago that this community doesn't want to be satisfied.

1 ReplyThere are some exotics that have been bleeding out begging for any sort of buff and also abilities. I am shocked that Bungie devs didnt recognise any of these. But it is what is now 😂. To name a couple - Storms edge has no place in pve. Gathering storm is one of the weakest supers in the entire game. Its a one and done but does around 6k total damage 💀. Wtf. Blight ranger - lol. Bombardiers - great exotic in terms of idea. But just too weak to really tie into any build. I know for a fact Titans and Warlocks also have same issues across the board. But pointless to complain now 🤷♂️

I'm not disappointed, but I do think I missed the memo. I love this update, but I got it in my head that [i]every[/i] piece of armor and [i]every[/i] weapon would be tiered. I understand why they didn't do it, and I'm happy with what they have done.

Literally 😂😂 just enjoy what we’ve been given. The amount of complaints I’ve seen is wild, I’ve been loving the update so far…if you don’t enjoy it then move on because nothing is gonna change.
