Did they bring back Warmind Cells?
I’ve heard from my friends and clan that they brought them back, but I’m not sure because I couldn’t find any evidence via the patch notes and such. Do y’all know?

Get yourself a 4 piece seventh seraph armour set and use skyburners oath for warmind cell like explosions. I didn't see any actual cells though.

I was in the cosmodrome last night running a public event, a tiered seventh seraph vest dropped and its set bonuses were all about generating warmind charges so I guess it's that?
