High albedo Gun has missing perks
The Europa Kinetic micro-missile frame is missing 2 perks: Shoot to loot and Surrounded, which were announced in the Dev insights article linked below. instead has Lead from Gold and Recombination.
Please respond if this was a typo on the article or a mistake in game.
