Cross save/Old progression questions
i played destiny 2 launch/year 1 on Xbox and 2 months in i swapped to pc and at the time cross progression wasn't a thing so swapping to a different platform meant remaking all characters etc. A few months before forsaken had come out i decided to make new characters and play..... does this mean i wiped my progress on console from year 1 destiny and don't qualify for the old light emblem? i did link my pc and Xbox account when cross save came out but many websites say i don't qualify due to only missing year 1 launch I'm guessing because PC became my main platform it override my progress from console due to it being different player progressions. is there any way to know for sure why my progress from year 1 wasnt saved?
