I had a good 350 hours in year 1 on playstation (Phoenix21839), I moved to PC in forsaken before cross save was a thing. I remember specifically creating a new PS account so I could cross save back to console without deleting my original characters (since I'd brought them over from d1, how could I)
I took a little bit of a break through most of last year, and it appears in the meantime we've suddenly decided to remove this entirely?
Am I just screwed out the emblem now? Nothing anyone can do?
I have years of emails and likely twitch streams under my PSN name, I can more than prove it's my account, I get the change was made for security reasons.
I even have purchase history from when I was playing destiny 1, if a support member see's this, I know it'd be a huge exception and there are rules, but I can provide any and all evidence of ownership to make it happen

1 ReplyHi there, Thanks for reaching out. For information related to eligibility for the Old Lights emblem, please consult this post. If you are indeed eligible, the emblem will be granted to you during the Monument of Triumph launch window. Regarding account linking/unlinking, since the unlinking update from March 25th, 2025 as you mentioned, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the platform accounts in question will remain linked to their respective Bungie profiles.
