Is there any way I can talk to a member of Bungie support directly about my issue? It feels like I keep getting form letter responses that don't actually read and comprehend the body of my posts.

3 RepliesEdited by ADragonWithin: 6/6/2026 6:32:38 PMIf your issue is concerning unlinking your Xbox account from another profile as you mentioned in a different post, then as stated previously, unlinking a game platform account was removed March of last year. There are no exceptions to this policy. Even if you could prove that you are the proper owner of the platform accounts in question, your old account on the other profile will not be unlinked, as, again, there are no exceptions. Because of this, you cannot apply playtime on your two different accounts to the same Bungie.net profile for the sake of the emblem if you're after the Old Lights emblem. ---- If your issue is more related to Cross-Save and playing on PC, then if you want to play using that Xbox save data on PC, you can do so by playing using the Xbox App on PC, or a Steam ID or Epic ID and setting up Cross-Save. ---- If the above isn't the issue you need assistance with, can you please clarify what your different issue is?
