Old Lights Emblem and Split Console/PC History

I hope Bungie can clarify or consider cases where a player’s Destiny 2 history is split between console and PC because of how Cross Save and the PC migration timeline worked. I played Year 1 on console, then moved to PC during the Forsaken year. Since Cross Save was not available at the time, moving to PC meant starting fresh rather than carrying that console history forward. That PC/Battle.net account later migrated to Steam and became my main account. Because of that, my current account reflects my Forsaken and later PC playtime, but my Year 1 console history is separate. For the Old Lights emblem, I hope Bungie can consider legitimate player history that was split between console and PC before Cross Save existed, even when that history is not all reflected on one current Bungie account.
