Anyone else feel like Warlocks got less than the other two classes in this recent ability preview gig?
Hate to be that guy but does feel that way.

Because they’ve been the outliers lately. I wasn’t even touching the grenade builds anymore because it was just: press to win. It was fun but I’m not surprise that for longevity they had to reign in the magic. They buffed Dawn Chorus though, there some nice Solar synergy with it.

Kinda agree with op on this, well the new Malay is appreciated. This mind spun invocation change is honestly really -blam!- Ngl. I -blam!- hate the fact we didn’t get anything more meaningful an d interesting in terms of new abilities. Just another stupid turret. At least the other classes got some good flavor abilities.

Maybe but what we do have is great. We'll still stomp in PvE. Extra zap melee on Arc with a damage boost sounds good too despite the Sentry nerf. I can't believe Stormtrance and Chaos Reach didn't get something extra for PvP.

Not only did they receive less, they are also the most affected by the changes to skill regeneration

It's a sad existence, or so I'm told. Wouldn't really know since my class's role in PvE is to be an Amplification bot.

1 ReplyThe last update was more warlock changes than the other two classes. They don’t aim for equal number of changes. That would be odd. What needs nerfing or buffing gets nerfed or buffed.

Yeah, a little upset that there was no warlock ability rework on the level of bubble or no new ability like the hunter void melee. Like, vro pasting the service of luzaku turret on our aspect is cool, but it is NOT the same as the bubble rework or a completely new ability.

Maybe, but aren't Warlocks used to that by now? It's still going to be my primary character I'm sure.
