Update question
Are we still getting the 2nd part of renegade story update, or did bungie scrap that and now we're just getting everything else?

There was never more to the Renegades story.

Far as I know we'll never have a conclusion to that or whatever was left open on the previous story arcs. Maybe a comic book publisher will decide to get the license and close those off for them.

All other story content got scrapped.
