Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. Please note that Choir of One and its associated upgrades drop from the Portal version of Encore. Please launch it via the Portal if you're looking to get those drops. That said, if you complete a Portal run of Encore and still don't get Choir drops, please let us know, and try to capture some footage of this occurring. You can upload the footage to a public video hosting site, like YouTube, then post the link here and we’ll be glad to take a look.
