Hello Bungie Support and Mentors,I am writing to report a persistent, game-breaking issue. For the past 3 months (coinciding with the recent infrastructural updates around Marathon), I have been completely unable to play Destiny 2 on my Xbox due to constant CURRANT errors. Every time I attempt to launch any activity, I am kicked to orbit.Prior to this 3-month window, I played Destiny without a single connection issue for over 10 years on the exact same network.To save time, please note that I have already performed extensive, advanced network troubleshooting, which rules out my local hardware, my router, and my ISP. The issue lies entirely in the handshake/routing between Bungie's regional servers and my account.Here is the exact breakdown of everything I have already configured and tested:Platform: XboxISP / Router: TIM (Telecom Italia) using a TIM Hub +H 388X arouter.Local Router Config: I have assigned a Static IP to the Xbox, enabled UPnP, completely lowered the firewall levels, and even placed the Xbox in the DMZ. The issue persists.Advanced ISP Routing Test: Suspecting Carrier-Grade NAT (CGNAT), I established a direct PPPoE connection ,straight from the console to bypass the router completely and obtain a public IP. The CURRANT error still remains.Total Network Isolation Test: I tested the console using a 5G Mobile Hotspot from a completely different carrier (Fastweb Mobile). Even on a totally separate cellular infrastructure, the exact same CURRANT error occurs instantly.Console Maintenance: I have cleared the Xbox system cache (hard power cycle with power cord unplugged), cleared the alternate MAC address, and experimented with manual alternate port selection (switching off port 3074).Since this issue survives across different routers, different ISPs (TIM wireline vs Fastweb cellular), and full DMZ/PPPoE bypasses, this is not a local network issue. It appears to be a routing or profile handshake failure on Bungie's regional server cluster (ITALY) introduced a few months ago.Could a Bungie technician please look into my account connectivity logs or reset my profile's server-side binding? I have been locked out of a game I love for a quarter of a year despite doing everything humanly possible on my end.Thank you for your assistance
