banned from game
This is Alex, a destiny 2 player. I stopped playing at the beginning of the edge of fate and when I heard the news of the final update, I download the game and find that I was banned. When I submitted the contact form for a appeal for unban of the game they sent me a message saying that I should be asking here for a reason of restriction which they do not have. I was wondering will I ever be able to get my account back and the reason why I got banned from the game.

It may just mention the forum in the context of 'if you need any other help', ultimately it was a canned reply everyone receives regardless of ticket type and not specific to your case. Bungie does not give the ban reason, here or by appeal, this is mentioned on the form page. They will only respond to an appeal if they intend to overturn the ban or require further information. If neither of these happen within 4-6 weeks it can be assumed the ban is being upheld.
