So, I have recently wanted to get back into Destiny 2 and have 3 characters which I used when I played on the Xbox. I now no longer have an Xbox and play PC so done the cross save which is suggested and made sure when I logged in and linked the accounts that the primary account was the Xbox one that has the 3 characters on. For what ever reason when I open destiny on my PC having linked my steam account I cant find/access those 3 characters as it suggest I would be able to. Instead it just gives me the usually class select screen and prompts me to being the game on the PC, I have watched multiple videos and none have explained why I cant find these characters when I have the correct account set as the primary one. Does anyone know what maybe causing this? as can see all my old characters and their gear on bungie.net, just unable to get them into the game on the PC. Any help will be greatly appreciated, a lot of time went into those characters many years ago and would love to grind their light levels back up
