Account Banned but was Compromised

About a month ago I got some emails for two-factor authentication on my xbox/microsoft account which is linked to my Bungie account. Not thinking anything of it I let it go and then a week or two later I tried to log in on PS5 (the only system I've played on in probably a year or two) and my account was banned. My assumption is that someone did actually get into my account via the microsoft login and used it for something against ToS. I've been playing on this account since vanilla D1, I have thousands of hours logged in D1/D2 and really want to get back in for the final update. I've sent in a ban appeal but I fear that won't get resolved for awhile. Is there anything more I can do to perhaps expedite the appeal review?

 • Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. If you believe you were unfairly banned, submitting an appeal request via this form is indeed the way to go. However, please note there is no guarantee you will receive a response, especially if your ban will be upheld. Additionally, the forums cannot assist with ban appeals. Since you've already submitted a request, you've done all you can, and will need to wait for a response. If several weeks pass with no reply, you can safely assume your ban will remain in place. On the subject of account security, we recommend consulting our Account Security Guide for future reference.
