Hello Bungie Support, I am requesting assistance regarding my Bungie account and Cross Save setup. My primary Destiny 2 account is on Xbox, and I have full access to my Xbox account and my Destiny 2 characters. However, when I check my Bungie account, I see a PlayStation account linked to it that I do not recognize. The PlayStation ID displayed is not one that I have ever created or used. I currently have two PlayStation accounts that belong to me, but neither of them matches the PlayStation account shown as linked to my Bungie profile. Because of this unknown linked account, I am unable to connect the correct PlayStation account to my Destiny 2 profile and play on my PlayStation 5. Could you please investigate this issue and advise whether the unknown PlayStation account can be removed or whether there is another solution available?
