I heard the news a couple of days ago that the unmentionable game is going to stop receiving updates. This made me nostalgic for the old days when I frequented these forums posting cringe. I really haven't changed much, have I? Glad to see some familiar faces after all this time even if it feels weird, because I stopped playing you know what long before I quit posting here. Life goes on I suppose. Nostalgia really is a funny thing to me. We don't pick and choose our favorite memories; they just sort of pop up one day and never really leave. I remember visiting an IKEA once with a hooked-up Xbox Kinect and getting excited because it had been years since it was discontinued. I still look back on that day with fondness. Many things have come and gone in the four years since I unceremoniously departed. Nice to see some things stay the same even if just for a bit longer than expected. I'm going to college now (trade school technically). I got my GED and served a mission. I still don't quite know where I'm heading yet, but things are holding up okay at the very least. All of this time later, and I STILL haven't finished Season 5 of Phineas and Ferb. Why does nobody release DVDs of television shows anymore? Let me watch my animated baby shows without kowtowing to the corporate overlord's for once! It would feel fitting to make a proper comeback by posting a review of it after all of those ancient ones I made for the previous seasons (at least I think I posted those...) While you are here, why not engage in a little game recommendation? If you enjoy Mega Man X games, I would highly encourage you try Gravity Circuit. It's pretty good.
