Ice breaker catalyst completion bug
It says in my collection tracker that i have completed the requirements for the icebreaker catalyst, however it does not appear in the weapon screen to be able to apply the catalyst or get the kills to earn it?
any suggestions?
i have image proof but am unable to link it here

You need to go back through the do the catalyst run again. The triumph could pop for people that did the catalyst code but didn't actually have the weapon at the time.
