[quote]Requests for additional information, such as the length of a restriction or the reason for a ban, will be disregarded.[/quote] As more than 4-6 weeks have gone by, without Bungie requesting any additional information from you or lifting the ban, you can safely assume the ban appeal has been denied. Bungie do not guarantee a response and outside needing more information or them telling you the ban appeal was accepted so its being lifted, they will rarely reply to people and just simply leave the ticket open as a way to catch multiple submissions.
