Consistent Beaver Error on Xbox Series S

I am trying to replay OG Destiny and I've gotten through the first activity to get the warp drive but I keep running into Beaver Error that mean I can't progress at all. I have changed my DNS settings, PnP, wired and wireless connections, port settings; nothing has worked. This issue has been occuring since yesterday.
