Catalysts Dropping
I played about 1000 hrs in renegades, and the catalysts dropping seems broken to me. Some of them drop like immediately, for only 1 to 3 Portal activities after I purchased them from the monuments, but the rests are just like nowhere: Sunshots, Gravition Lance, Jade Rabbit, MIDA Micro Tools, Vigilance Wings, Cold Heart, Merciless. (I bought Sunshot catalyst from Xur a few weeks ago.) I've been playing mainly pve contents but still quite a few pvp contents, especially during the IB and Guardians' Game.
Are they supposed to be in a drop rate that low? Or is there some problem with the Portal activities that they can't drop them?

The first batch of catalysts to exist in the game dropped from Y1 Crucible, Heroic Strikes/Nightfalls, and the drop rate was always super low, even back then. Graviton Lance, Sunshot and Sweet Business' were S3 faction rally rewards, re-added as rewards from other activities, with a similarly low drop chances. By comparison, the catalysts for Y2 and onwards drop much more readily. It took me years to get all of those rarest ones. Sweet Business was one I remember being one of the very last few I needed. Maybe with the introduction of a slew of new catalysts, the drop rate of those old ones will get revisited.
