Dear bungie Help!
So i made a post earlier about my bungie account get hacked and somebody linked his xbox account to mine and now he deleted all my characters ....
So please just go see my logs when im played from my steam account and watch where the other guy is playing because thats not so good that i have spend money on a game and the support dosent do anything about my privacy ... and i have proof that im the owner of this account not the xbox guy...

4 RepliesHey there, unfortunately Bungie's standpoint is that we are all responsible for our account safety. If we give other people our account credentials, re-use our passwords on unsecure sites, decline to use 2FA, etc, then that puts our accounts at risk that Bungie won't assist with, as the only proof of ownership they accept is authentication, and whoever added the XBox account did so by authenticating through Steam.
