Hello Bungie Support,
I’m writing this because I honestly feel devastated and confused about the ban placed on my account. Seeing that I lost access to something I spent so much time and effort on was extremely upsetting.
Destiny 2 has been one of the games I cared about the most for a long time. I spent countless hours playing, completing activities, collecting gear, and making memories with friends. That’s why this situation has been very difficult for me.
I truly do not understand what caused this ban, and I respectfully ask if my case could please be reviewed again. If there was any mistake, unusual activity, or misunderstanding connected to my account, I would really appreciate the chance to resolve it.
I care deeply about this game and the community around it, and I would never want to intentionally harm that experience for others. Losing my account feels heartbreaking after all the time and dedication I put into it.
Please consider taking another look at my account and my situation. Even getting more information or clarification would mean a lot to me and please i need some one to respond to me becuse no one answer me and close my ticket i really need to get back to gring before the next season

Posting in the forums cannot assist you beyond linking you to the appeal and speculation. However, there is a process in place for players to appeal their ban or restriction. If you have already submitted a ticket than you have done all that you can do. The appeal process will trigger a 2nd review of your situation and if the ban was incorrect it will be lifted, if found to be valid, it will remain. If more than 1-2 weeks have passed or your ticket is closed without contact, it is generally safe to assume that Bungie found the ban to be properly placed and will not be modified. Tickets are often left open as a method of tracking multiple submissions and is not represenative of if a ticket has been reviewed. If you filed the ban appeal form already, then Bungie has (or will….depending on how long ago you appealed) reviewed the ban circumstances.
