Rank 4 issues
I'm rank 3 trying to move on to Rank 4. Part of the requirements are the Mods to the different parts of the armor. My issues is that I can't "Upgrade Armor" because it says I'm not a rank 3. The second issue is that even though I've changed the color and what available mods are there, it doesn't show it as completed. What am I doing wrong?

The description is vague, you have to be at rank 3 to be able to do the triumphs to upgrade armor energy. Go back to the rank 4 menu, go to 'gear modification' and complete the 'Modify Armor' triumph; that will unlock armor energy.
