cross save
Hello,
My Steam account linked to my Bungie profile became permanently restricted and now I cannot unlink it or manage Cross Save.
I want to keep my Epic Games characters and remove the restricted Steam account from the Bungie profile.
The Steam account is:
Dry_Water
Could Bungie support help remove the restricted Steam account from my profile?

Edited by BNGHelp9: 5/16/2026 2:24:37 PMIn addition to what TuxyDoh said, the March 25th 2025 [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]linking change[/url] means that even if Bungie would let you alter your cross-save setup with the banned account linked - you can't unlink the Steam account regardless. Bungie won't get involved and forcibly unlink it.
