Sometimes i can get it to go a full 20x stack, other times the perk instantly disappears and won't proc again (it's like it's on cooldown before i can try again). You can see in both of the videos where it instantly deactivates (as soon as it's proc'd) and/or won't activate again. No, it's not simply being bumped out of the feed. It's happening on both prismatic and void subclass. Narrowed it down, I think simultaneous devour activation is causing it. Needs investigated.
