Consoles are always controller, but pc has always had keyboard/mouse and controllers. The lobbies for pvp arent crossover, its all console or all pc. Unless you are in a party with a pc player, you will only play against console players. I understand why they they dont allow it, console players that use keyboard and mouse will have an automatic advantage as there is almost zero recoil on them. This is one of the main reasons why pc lobby is seperate from console. If you are trying to get an advantage this way but trying to sneak it into a console lobby, thats pretty slimey.
