Nightingale

I have a PS5. When attempting to launch Destiny 2 I keep getting the Error Code Nightingale. I've tried everything to resolve it but nothing has worked. My internet connection is excellent, download and upload speeds are great. I've tried soft reseting the console 6 times, Ive reset my router, cleared my cache, deleting and reinstalled the game 4 times, reset my settings to default...nothing has worked. The message reads: ERROR Failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers, please try again. for more information, visit help.bungie.net and search for the error code nightingale. All other games and apps on my console launch just fine. I'm open for suggestions.
