Can anyone help me?
Hi,
Recently my PSN account was taken and I've been having a lot of problems with it. So I bit the bullet and created a new one, however I cannot unlink my PSN account (I understand the reasoning and stuff). Is there anyone who can point me in a direction where I can talk to a Bungie rep?

1 ReplyNo, Bungies policy is a definitive [i]they will not unlink a platform account from a users Bungie profile[/i]. That policy is doubly enforced by the March 25th linking change that prevents unlinking anything but Twitch entirely. There is nothing Bungie can/will do here. Since the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/35597981889300-Notice-Bungie-net-Account-Unlinking-Update-on-March-25-2025]unlinking update[/url] from March 25th, 2025, only Twitch accounts are now eligible to be unlinked from Bungie profiles. All other platform accounts, once linked, are linked permanently. Further, as Bungie entrusts players with the security and management regarding linking their accounts, we do not unlink any accounts on players' behalf. Thus, the PSN account in question will remain linked. On the subject of account security, we recommend checking our [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048721292-Account-Security-Guide]Account Security Guide[/url] for more info and advice. Otherwise, we can only recommend contacting PlayStation's support team for assistance with securing the account.
