Gold Stars? What are we, five?
I appreciate the emblem via community challenge, but the post sounds geared toward children. "For completing this community challenge, you get Gold Stars!" Forgive me if I don't knock over my juice box in excitement.

I'm not five, but I was jealous when my wife got a Covid shot and got a Frozen Band-aid for her arm. I got mine at the V.A. and just got a regular one. Pete Hegseth said that big boys like him don't need wimpy stuff like that, but I sure would have liked one with Hell Boy on it.

I just plunked down $5k at the dentist's office for a root canal and two crowns. Afterward he says 'because you did so well I have something for you.' Then he hands me a bag with a miniature tube of toothpaste and a Plain Jane Oral B toothbrush. I wanted to ask him if I could at least pick a toy out of the toy chest =D

Am I the only one who noticed it looks like a rip-off of the Converse sneaker logo star ? And the contest Desert Perpetual emblem looks like the old 1984 Dodge/Chrysler hood ornament.

2 RepliesBungie can't be bothered to invest in any REALLY rewarding things. It has all been flair this and flair that. If Bungie OR Sony really cared, there would be more effort. I do not have a high bar, start sharing what is coming in June, like some of the solidified details on QOL fixes. That is it. I do not want anything more than some basic information. But I know that is TOO much to ask of a company that hung it's hat on the wrong horse. I am not digressing any further. Yes OP, you are AWESOME and do deserve gold stars. So take them and wear them with pride!

its still better than.... ghost projections 😂 and whatever the materialize 0.5 second thing is I think if they made the emblem a flag/banner/scarf (like futbol fans) you could pull out and wave around... do something with it (like use it for your finisher on a spear for example... or becomes a part of the armor decoration.. or wager them in a game of chance) > might be more meaningful... but the emblem's are nice art/expressions... -
