However, if you meant to select Xbox as your Active Account, the only fix is to disable Cross Save, wait out the mandatory cooldown for doing so plus any cooldowns for recent purchases, then set up Cross Save anew, this time making sure to select Xbox as your Active Account instead of Steam. That said, while you wait out the cooldowns during the time Cross Save is disabled, your characters will still be available to you, but only on their original platforms.
